Halloween Children's Books from Harper Collins

Harper Collins has some great choices for your little Halloween readers!  I wanted to take a minute to share a few of the adorable Halloween books that Harper shared with me!

Toddlers will love this adorable board book with bright simple pictures and short phrases on each page.  They will be able to see different facial expressions as Mouse paints them on his pumpkins.  A fun Halloween treat for your youngest readers!

My two year old loved the interactive nature of this book!  Just Say Boo would be great for read alongs with a parent or read alouds in a preschool or Kindergarten class.  The words are very repetitive and rhyming- great for young readers.  This will undoubtedly be a new favorite in our house!

Mia Time to Trick or Treat is a lovely illustrated book for children ages 4-7 (in my guess).  The book is done in mostly pastel colors and is a beautiful combination of ballerinas and Halloween.  The book also includes one page of stickers to dress up the main characters on the last page (they are not reusable).  This book would be excellent for your ballerina obsessed child!

Thank you Harper Collins for providing all of these books to Short and Sweet Reviews!

  4. These three Halloween books are really adorable and perfect for my four year old preschooler. Just Say Boo sounds perfect for her because she really enjoys repetitive rhyming books. She will also love Mia Time to Trick or Treat because she loves Ballerinas. Thanks for featuring a few books for our little ones!
